Head of Cost Control - KSA Job - Robert Walters

An exciting opportunity for a Cost Control Manager, to join a great business within one of the major Construction players in the MEA region. As Head of the Cost Control section, you are responsible for finalizing proper Cost Control Report of each project and addressing any discrepancies between forecasted and actual costs with Project Managers under Department Management Supervision. Key Accountabilities - Review cost control reports categorizing all costs incurred onsite and identifying discrepancies with forecasted budget and discuss results with Project Management and Cost Control Department Management. - Direct and finalize the compilation of reports and analysis on onsite costs and submit to Project Management and Cost Control Department Management. - Direct and finalize the compilation of reports and analysis on project manpower and equipment use and submit to Service Manager and/or Department Management. - Review and authorize the processing of accounting transactions, including the bi-annual balance sheet. - Direct, supervise and verify daily work of the Cost Controllers and Cost Control Assistants. - Oversee the implementation of cost-control, accounting and other procedures. - Oversee and ensure thorough and efficient document management. - Ensure all costs are recorded and controlled as per policies and procedures. - Development of Projects Operational Budget in liaison with Project Management Team.
