Performance Management & Training Manager - Only for Saudi and Arab National Job - WAAD HOLDING COMPANY

 

Monthly Salary (Package: Basic+Transportation and Housing allowances) = 13-17,000 (SR), Plus compatitave benifites


To act as the leader or working-supervisor in the development, implementation and maintenance of the overall staff performance appraisal and reward program and activities according to the framework established in the Human Resource Policy and relevant documents, under the general supervision of the Group HR and Administration Director.

In consultation with the HR Project Leader, Oversee the development of frameworks that support improved employee future-state organizational design and alignment.

Key tasks and duties:

Utilize job descriptions and profiles to create organizational career maps and
Succession Plans.
• Set & design the training & performance plan, budget & programs
• Evaluate & recommend the training providers
• Link competencies and matrices covering job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities,
and competency definitions and behavioral descriptors
• Oversee and provide thought leadership regarding the development of staffing,
competency and life-event models, supporting the use of prescribed tools for
HR performance and employment
• Oversee user adoption/training programs for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
implementation initiatives
